HRH InfoTech is now ISO certified

HRH Infotech, the software arm of HRH Group of Hotels, is now ISO 9001:2008 certified for its quality management system. A journey that began in May 2014 has seen a successful climax. This certification is an extension to HRH Group’s commitment to quality and value of international standards.
HRH InfoTech, a Hospitality software solution provider Company announced today that It has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system.

ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, is the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards. ISO international standards ensure that products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. Certification to ISO 9001 requires an accredited third party auditing organization to thoroughly review the Company’s internal quality management system processes, to ensure that they are capable of consistently delivering a service that meets the customers’ needs and expectations.
“Our journey towards achieving ISO 9001:2008 started in May 2014. We were very keen from the beginning to ensure that the ISO framework be used to bring candid value to our organization as well as prospective clients. Before presenting ourselves to the certification agency (Intertek, an accredited registrar) weeks of hard-work and preparation were undertaken like documentation, review of internal policies and processes aligned with ISO standards. To bring awareness and best quality practices team members were trained and multiple internal audits were concluded.”
